• The maximum number of participants is 6 people. This limit is set due to fire safety regulations that do not allow us to “lock up” more individuals.
• For the best game experience, we recommend playing with around 4 people.
• If your group is larger than 6 people, multiple rooms will need to be booked.
• For Family Secrets, we recommend playing with a maximum of 5 people, though 6 is possible.

• Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 48 hours before the reserved time. Due to staffing and scheduling of our game hosts, we cannot make exceptions to this rule.

For all rooms, the minimum recommended age is 16 years. This is an advisory age, but due to the level of difficulty, we advise not to bring children under 10 years old.
Children under 14 must always play under the supervision of at least one adult.

All rooms are available in both Dutch and English. Please indicate your language preference when making your reservation.

• Bloody Dentist is wheelchair accessible for smaller, non-motorized wheelchairs. There are no physical challenges in this room.
• Family Secrets is not wheelchair accessible, but contains only minor physical challenges.

• If you wish to make changes to your booking, please contact us at escape@breakoutroom.nl / 073-6898257.
• If the number of participants changes but does not exceed the maximum, you do not need to notify us.

• The reserved time is the start time. We kindly ask all players to arrive 15 minutes before the reserved time for a short game briefing, to store personal belongings, and for a restroom visit if needed.
• If you happen to be running late, please contact us immediately so we can see if a solution is possible.

Breakout Room is located at Jagersheuvelstraat 3a, ’s-Hertogenbosch.
Free parking is available in front of the building and along the street.

Reservations can be made through our website. Payment can be completed via iDEAL, Bancontact, or Creditcard. Once payment is received, a confirmation email will be sent to the provided email address.

• Each room is equipped with emergency stop buttons to immediately halt the game in case of emergency.
• All rooms are monitored by camera systems, allowing our game hosts to intervene if necessary.
• Our entire building is fitted with an up-to-date fire alarm system, and our game hosts are trained in first aid and emergency response (BHV).
